Saninten tree (Castanopsis argantea Blume A.DC) is one of the rare plants with endangered IUCN status that is being conserved by PT Pertamina Patra Niaga DPPU Husein Sastranegara in Suntenjaya, Lembang, Bandung. Increasing community capacity in conservation activities is one of the important elements for conservation to be successful. Currently Indonesia is facing a triple burden of various disease problems, Indonesia is also experiencing another health burden, namely stunting. Stunting is not only a matter of height but the most dangerous thing is the child's low ability to learn, mental retardation, and the third is the emergence of chronic diseases. The President of Indonesia in the BKKBN National Working Meeting stated that, "The existing infrastructure and institutions, he continued, must be mobilized to make it easier to solve the problem of stunting. From the environment, starting from clean water, sanitation, healthy housing, this is an integrated work and must be consolidated. The method used is Participatory rural appraisal (PRA). Forests provide direct and indirect benefits. CO<sub>2</sub> absorption and O<sub>2</sub> production are some of the indirect benefits for human life. As a conservation forest, Masigit Kareumbi Game Reserve (TBMK) area is very important in CO<sub>2</sub> absorption and O<sub>2</sub> production. The TBMK Conservation Area has a fairly high level of social pressure which was the background for the emergence of the Forest Adoption program. Caring for and protecting the highly pressured TBMK area will be important for human life as the area acts as CO<sub>2</sub> absorption, O<sub>2</sub> production area, water catchment area, and clean water provider for the surrounding community. Bio Farma participates in caring for and protecting TBMK forests by participating in the Forest Adoption program. Wali Pohon PT Bio Farma (Persero) has carbon stocks of 134.095 tons, a CO<sub>2</sub> absorption value of 418.464 tons/hectare/year, and an O2 production value of 358.0.33 tons/hectare/year. Bangkit Ramadhan indragunawan@plnnusantarapower.co.id <p><em>As Fly Ash &amp; Bottom Ash (FABA) producer, Pacitan Generating Unit, which is one of PLN Nusantara Power's units located in the southern part between East Java and Central Java, has an obligation to manage FABA. As waste, FABA, which originally had the status of Hazardous &amp; Toxic Waste (B3) until it became Non-hazardous waste, must be managed properly following Government Regulations and Minister of Environment &amp; Forestry Regulations. FABA management carried out by UP Pacitan is in the form of massive utilization of FABA in the packaging of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program or what is currently also known as Social &amp; Environmental Responsibility. FABA utilization program is in line with the corporate strategy in maintaining the life of the landfill as FABA storage area which will continue to be filled as long as the PLTU Pacitan operates. In addition, this program also have positive impacts on the wider community by transforming FABA into village road casting activities, construction of habitable houses, stabilization of non-productive land, revitalization of rest areas in Ring I, and FABA is used as a mixture of paving/brick production by micro, small and medium enterprises. The creation of "shared value" or Creating Shared Value (CSV) in the FABA utilization program is a form of alignment between corporate strategy and the challenges of addressing social and environmental issues. Climate change is also caused by the presence of waste that continues to grow. The majority of waste sources in Indonesia come from household waste. Waste management can be carried out directly at the source by processing it through groups in the community, as is done by TPST Masa Sejati and PETRATONIK. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to explain community-based organic waste management which has an impact on climate change mitigation at PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU V Balikpapan. Efforts to handle waste are carried out by processing organic waste into compost using the Takakura method and bioconversion of waste through BSF. Besides being useful for reducing waste, this handling activity also provides added value to the community's income. The results of this study show that the CSR program carried out by PT Pertamina Internasional RU V Balikpapan Refinery enables the community to process organic waste in their environment (the source) into something of economic value and has implications for reducing methane gas, which is one of the greenhouse gases that is released into the atmosphere. Farmer participation is an indicator of the success of the IP400 program. This study aims to describe the socio-economic characteristics of farmers, determine the level of farmer participation, and analyze the relationship between the socio-economic characteristics of farmers and the level of farmer participation. The method used is a descriptive quantitative data analysis method in the form of rank spearman. The aim of this research is to understand and explore the implementation of social innovation in the form of the Super-Man Program which aims to increase the sustainability of Edu-Eco Farming and its impact on the community in Sumanding Village. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving data collection through observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the Super-Man Program has succeeded in implementing social innovation in the development of Edu-Eco Farming in Sumanding Village. This innovation includes the use of local resources, the use of minimal input from outside, a combination of food crops, basic sustainable biological principles, sustainable ecology, and the use of appropriate technology. The success of the Super-Man Program is reflected in several things, including a portrait of the element of novelty of the Super-MAN Sumanding program which can produce new products, new production processes and new markets. This paper examines collaboration between stakeholders in program implementation with collaborative governance concepts.
