This study aims to determine the form and potential of social capital of the Wasiat Group in Girimukti Village, Penajam District, Penajam Paser Utara Regency, East Kalimantan. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of literature studies, observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation of research objects. The research concept used is the social capital concept from Putnam (2000), which groups social capital into bonding social capital, bridging social capital, and social linking. The research results in Wasiat show the existence of bonding social capital, namely cooperation and mutual cooperation in the implementation of the Wasiat program. Bridging social capital, the Wasiat Group also became a lottery group. Linking Social Capital, manifested in the form of cooperation between the Wasiat Program and several parties, namely companies, Girimukti Village Government, Bumdes Girimukti, Health Office, Petung Puskesmas and Kenari Group. The program addresses local economic challenges and environmental concerns by focusing on duck farming, organic waste utilization, and developing environmentally friendly businesses. This study employs a qualitative approach with active participation and direct observation methods, involving interviews and fieldwork conducted from June to July 2024. The results indicate that the program has significantly improved the economy of the Taret Jaya group by fostering awareness of organic waste management and enhancing local business capabilities. The integration of duck farming with agricultural practices and UMKM development has positively impacted social, economic, and environmental aspects. This study aims to describe how the implementation of the PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk Offtake Cimanggis Station CSR program through the Bank Sampah Anyelir 2 Program fostered partners. Qualitative method with data collection techniques using observation and documentation study of the CSR Report of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk Offtake Cimanggis Station. The implementation of CSR begins with FGD, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and termination. Tbk (Sido Muncul) created a community development program in Bergas Kidul Village in Bergas District, Semarang Regency. As a village located in an industrial area, it is very vulnerable to land use change and large unemployment due to uncertainty in livelihoods. This research uses a sustainable livelihood approach which describes vulnerabilities and potential according to the study results. Calculations of social, economic and environmental impacts are obtained from analysis of field data combined with secondary data. The calculation of greenhouse gas emissions from the cattle communal program uses the IPCC Tier 1 method, while for CO</em><em><sub>2</sub></em><em>&nbsp;absorption by plants uses the plant's CO</em><em><sub>2</sub></em><em>&nbsp;absorption capacity value. This program seeks to empower the people of Banjaran Wetan Village through a sustainable and innovative approach. Suntenjaya Village has abundant coffee potential, and the local community utilizes the land around the Saninten conservation area for coffee cultivation. PT Pertamina Patra Niaga AFT Husein Sastranegara recognizes the potential for community involvement in managing the conservation efforts. This initiative is realized through community empowerment by integrating conservation activities with economic empowerment.
