Climate change not only has an impact on the environment but also the socio-economic conditions of coastal communities. Bad weather means fishermen rarely go to sea. When it is fish harvest season, the price is plummeting. This condition was even worse during the second wave of COVID-19 in 2022. The members of these families, especially women are very vulnerable because they are responsible for managing the family but have limited access since the father is the only breadwinner. This research aims to determine the role of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Ampenan's CSR in empowering coastal women. The method used is participatory action of research which positioned the author as a catalyst and learner with coastal communities. The results of the research are data from a women's empowerment program through the fish processing MSMEs group leading to (by average) 26% income per year.
