Sustainability Compass Analysis of Dul Ecotourism Corporate Social Responsibility Program in Dul Village, Pangkalan Baru District, Central Bangka Regency

Abstract

Climate change in the form of rising global temperatures and environmental degradation, affects seasonal patterns and public health. The phenomenon occurring in the Bangka Belitung Islands due to tin mining activities that have damaged the environment requires sustainable environmental management. This is what underlies PT Pertamina Patra Niaga AFT Depati Amir through the Dul Ecotourism Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program to overcome this impact. This study aims to determine the results of the sustainability compass analysis on economic, community, social and natural, aspects and whether the Dul Ecotourism program has stagnated or improvised. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data was analyzed using the sustainability compass. The results of the sustainability compass analysis show that the Dul Ecotourism Program has had a significant impact on economic aspects, community aspects, natural aspects, and welfare aspects. Based on the results of the Sustainability compass analysis, the Dul Ecotourism Program shows significant opportunities for improvement and contributes positively to the economic, social, and environmental sustainability of the community in Dul Village.
