Abstract

This research aims to obtain evidence related to the impact of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGE) Lahendong Area (LHD) CSR programme on Mapalus Tumompaso programme in community empowerment. Through this research, evidence will be obtained whether local potential-based empowerment can have an impact on 4 aspects of the tool that helps unify the community empowerment perspective in sustainability, namely the Sustainability Compass. This research was conducted in Tompaso Raya, Minahasa Regency and Rurukan Village, Tomohon City using qualitative methods. Data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation methods to obtain measurable qualitative and quantitative data. From the results of this study, it was found that Mapalus Tumompaso is a CSR programme that is able to have an impact on 4 aspects of Sustainable Compass.
